Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join our team. As our first point of contact, you'll be responsible for managing our daily office operations, organising team events, and providing executive support to our co-founders.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for our office in Central London and executing daily office operations and procedures
  • Organising, running and attending company-wide events
  • Liaising with external stakeholders such as company visitors and vendors
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires and the full employee lifecycle
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas
  • Scheduling complex travel arrangements and external events
  • Managing diaries, inboxes and drafting email responses

You'll play a central role in building our company culture and shaping the future of food.
