Job Summary:
A highly skilled Occupational Therapist is required to join our team in the Adults Social Care service, specifically within the Reablement Team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct person-centered assessments, planning, and coordinating support to promote customer independence and achieve individual outcomes.

About the Role:
This is a full-time locum contract opportunity, offering a competitive hourly rate of £31 per hour. The successful candidate will be based across Bourne Hill, Salisbury, and within the South Wiltshire areas. Your key responsibilities will include conducting timely reviews of occupational therapy and moving/handling plans to meet departmental targets, ensuring outcomes align with eligibility criteria.

Key Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
