Strategic Projects Manager

Are you a seasoned project manager looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Projects Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading talent partner, driving transformative business initiatives for Monster Energy in the EMEA region. As a key member of our Business Capability team, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional workstreams, analyzing and improving existing processes, and contributing to the company's ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage assigned strategic projects from conception to delivery.
  • Build relationships across the organization and work with external agencies to deliver impactful results.
  • Analyze and improve existing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in project outcomes.
  • Act as a thought leader, proposing innovative ideas and initiatives to enhance business capabilities.
  • Provide regular project updates, manage risks, and ensure key initiatives stay aligned with company goals.

About You:

  • Experienced project manager with a background in technology, marketing, or a creative agency.
  • A creative thinker who thrives on innovation and improving internal business capabilities.
  • Confident in building relationships across divisions, and strong in presentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Passionate about business transformation, with knowledge of change management programs.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, with formal qualifications being a plus.
  • Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
