Strategic Project Manager

Are you a seasoned project manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for business transformation and a knack for driving results? We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group.

About the Role:

As a Strategic Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving business transformation initiatives across the EMEA region. You will work closely with our Director of Strategic Projects to develop and implement strategic plans, lead cross-functional workstreams, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business transformation initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyse and improve existing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a thought leader, proposing innovative ideas and initiatives to enhance business capabilities.
  • Provide regular project updates, manage risks, and ensure key initiatives stay aligned with company goals.

About You:

  • Experienced project manager with a background in technology, marketing, or a creative agency.
  • A creative thinker who thrives on innovation and improving internal business capabilities.
  • Confident in building relationships across divisions, and strong in presentation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Passionate about business transformation, with knowledge of change management programs.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, with formal qualifications (e.g. CSM, APM, Prince2) being a plus.
  • Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
