We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Whitstable & Herne Bay. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment for young people with emotional and/or behavioural challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their emotional and psychological well-being.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a nurturing and homely atmosphere.
- Assist with daily living tasks, ensuring the physical and emotional needs of young people are met.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
