**Support Worker Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Whitstable & Herne Bay. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and homely atmosphere for young people with emotional and/or behavioural challenges.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide individualized support to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans
* Maintain a clean and safe living environment, adhering to health and safety standards
* Engage in activities that promote social skills, independence, and self-esteem

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive salary: £26,320 for 39 hours and 2 sleep-ins per week, with opportunities for overtime
* Additional pay for extra hours and sleep-ins
