  5. Foster and cultivate strong collaborative relationships with statutory bodies, non-profit organizations, private sector entities, caregivers, and individuals with parental responsibilities to promote positive outcomes for children and their families.
  6. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation, local policies, and procedures, especially those pertaining to Young Homeless, Looked After Children, Children in Need, and Child Protection, ensuring adherence to these guidelines to deliver consistent and high-quality service.
  7. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities as agreed upon with the line manager to ensure compliance with professional standards and requirements.
