Head of Sales Performance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Head of Sales Performance to join our team at Marsh McLennan Companies, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and ensuring the overall success of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, increase market penetration, and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
  • Drive sales performance by setting clear sales targets and KPIs, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain, identify, and develop strategic partnerships with key distribution channels, such as brokers, agents, and affinity groups.
  • Ensure sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and implement effective risk management practices to mitigate potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in the insurance industry, including insurance products, distribution channels, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the insurance industry, preferably Insurer or MGA.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Established network of broking contacts within the industry.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Outstanding business acumen and understanding of financial metrics.
