About the Role:

This is a challenging job that features varied tasks and requires a self-motivated individual with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. As a Commercial Development Director, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail sector and excellent industry knowledge. You will also be highly organized and able to manage your time effectively to meet sales goals and KPIs.

Estimated Annual Salary: £70,000-£90,000 based on location (London) and the level of employment (Full-Time). This includes additional benefits and a home-office option.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Hunt and develop new business opportunities
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Increase brand awareness
  • Negotiating with stakeholders (internally & externally)
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
