Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Rhodium Consulting Ltd, a niche recruitment consultancy specializing in wholesalers, merchants, and distributors within the building products sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer the telephone and serve on the counter, taking enquiries and orders, processing, responding to, and chasing quotes and orders.
  • Assist customers on the telephone and face-to-face with quotations, product information, and pricing queries.
  • Contact suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through proactive call-outs and account management.
  • Undertake proactive call-outs to dormant account holders and seek potential new accounts.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the electrical wholesale industry to effectively deal with customers on the trade counter and over the telephone.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary negotiable depending on experience, circa £28-33k, plus bonus opportunities.
