About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Executive to join the DMNdesignbuild team in Huddersfield. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong background in sales, with experience in generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £23,000-£27,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including 20 days annual leave + UK Bank Holidays, workplace pension, company social events, private health insurance, and employee assistance programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  2. B build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  4. Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
