The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Research Fellow to join our team at Kingston University. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational delivery of a new research project, "Developing effective service models for Adult Palliative and end of life care for People with a Learning disability (DAPPLE)" (NIHR159160). This complex study involves field work at study sites across England and requires strong project management skills, advanced organisational and written communication skills, and the ability to work at pace against deadlines.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate qualification in health services research, social sciences, psychology, sociology, nursing, or a related discipline. Significant experience in project management of complex multi-faceted research studies is essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, innovation, and initiative when faced with challenges and have the ability to work effectively with a range of collaborators.
