About the Role

  • Pitching opportunities to potential candidates and guiding them through the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Working with the sales function to understand client requirements and preferences.
  • Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels and pipelines.
  • Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring regular communication and updates.
  • Attending nationwide networking and meet-up events to expand our reach and connections.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
  • A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of Data, AI, and Software would be advantageous but not essential.
