Aerospace Coatings Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a Paint Sprayer, you will be responsible for applying coatings to aerospace components, working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces of components for painting
- Select and mix paints and coatings in accordance with business protocols and specifications
- Operate paint spraying equipment with precision
- Work together with the quality control group to ensure final products meet industry requirements
- Maintain thorough records of materials, hours, and paint usage
- Observe safety precautions and regulations when working with hazardous materials
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read Engineering drawings
- Computer literate
