Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious, driven, and caring Registered Manager to join our team in Chingford. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and growing our business, ensuring we achieve outstanding results and maintain our position as one of the top care providers in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of achieving the highest levels of compliance with regulations, laws, quality standards, and policies, ensuring we achieve outstanding CQC inspection results.
  • Ensure consistent application of our policies, procedures, and approved practices.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to deliver high-quality care services.
  • Design and implement effective scheduling to ensure caregivers deliver allocated care to clients.
  • Conduct quality assurance and governance activities, including spot checks, service reviews, internal audits, and annual surveys.
  • Drive business growth sustainably, while meeting commercial targets.
  • Complete and continuously improve assessments, risk assessments, and support plans to ensure client outcomes are achieved effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting systems in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Work in partnership with directors, colleagues, healthcare professionals, local authority teams, and external regulatory bodies to manage and support all services.
  • Ensure the emergency on-call mobile phone is covered outside normal office hours.

Requirements

  • Hold, or be working towards, an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 qualification in Social Care or similar.
  • Have in-depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores.
  • Have management experience of a successfully led service provision in the care industry.
  • Be able to demonstrate a positive vision of homecare and influence positive change.

Experience

Registered Care Management experience of at least 3 years is required.

Licence/Certification

A UK Driving Licence and CAR are required.
