Academics Ltd is seeking a Youth Mental Health Advocate to join our team. As a Youth Mental Health Advocate, you will work with students in the classroom to help them understand and manage their emotions.

About the Role

You will work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide a comprehensive support service for students. Your role will involve developing and delivering programmes to promote mental health awareness and education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver programmes to promote mental health awareness and education
  • Work with teachers to identify students who require additional support
  • Provide one-to-one support to students in the classroom

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a compassionate and empathetic individual with a passion for supporting young people's mental health. You should have experience working with children and young people, particularly those with additional needs.

Salary

The salary for this role is £90 per day, depending on experience. The role is term-time only.
