Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Providing practice leadership and incident support
- Conducting staff training and development
- Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to promote effective PBS practices

Requirements:
To succeed as a PBS Practitioner, you must possess a formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support and be working towards PROACT-SCIPr-UK Instructor status. Your excellent communication skills, person-centred beliefs, values, and attitude are essential in this role.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
