Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Ideal for All. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting an individual with complex needs to live an independent and fulfilling life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to the individual, including washing, dressing, and assisting with personal hygiene and choice of clothing.
  • Support the individual with making safe and appropriate choices, including managing medication and finances.
  • Assist with domestic duties, such as laundry, household chores, and meal preparation.
  • Support the individual in engaging in social activities, such as attending college, social clubs, and days out.
  • Provide 24-hour support, including overnight shifts and sleep periods.
Requirements
  • Up to Level 3 NVQ in a relevant field.
  • Experience in administering medication and delivering high-quality care.
  • Valid car driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to meet Motability insurance requirements.
