About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to join our team at Alstom's Nola Depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet by planning and coordinating maintenance activities.

Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and prioritizing depot maintenance tasks, reporting and following up on their status, and working closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure that all necessary spare parts are available.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and schedule depot maintenance activities to meet business requirements.
  • Report and follow-up on maintenance activity status to stakeholders.
  • Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities on all trains in workshop.
  • Manage problems through extraordinary planning meetings.
  • Verify compliance with scheduled departure and arrival times.

You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering high-quality results and exceeding customer expectations.

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
