Project Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Project Architect to join our expanding team. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for managing and running projects independently, working alongside internal and external stakeholders, and mentoring more junior members of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and run projects from inception to completion
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects
  • Mentor and guide junior members of staff
  • Work on all RIBA stages
  • Prepare tender applications and presentations
  • Resolve problems and issues that arise during construction
  • Liaise with clients and develop key relationships
Requirements:
  • ARB registered
  • Good knowledge of Revit
  • Ability to run own projects
  • Good design skills
  • Progressive individual
  • Living in or around Newcastle
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
