Project Architect Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Architect to join our team at CV Library. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for managing and delivering architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and deliver architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage and mentor junior members of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in project delivery.
Requirements:
  • ARB registered
  • Good knowledge of Revit
  • Ability to run own projects
  • Good design skills
  • Progressive individual
  • Living in or around Newcastle
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
