CV-Library is seeking an experienced Refurbishment Contracts Specialist to join their team. As a specialist in this field, you will be responsible for managing refurbishment projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project strategies, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and project management methodologies. A competitive salary of £60k-£70k (dependent on experience) is offered, along with a car allowance, healthcare, and 25 days' holiday.

Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry, with a focus on refurbishment projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
