**Company Overview:**
We are a reputable main contractor seeking a skilled Contracts Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of refurbishment projects.

**Job Summary:**
We require an experienced Contracts Manager to manage our refurbishment projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and project management methodologies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage refurbishment projects from initial tender through to final completion and handover.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare project budgets, schedules, and procurement plans in collaboration with the commercial team.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry, with a focus on refurbishment projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and project management methodologies.
