Financial Planning Paraplanner Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Paraplanner to join our client's team in Horsham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting two Financial Planners in creating and compiling high-quality financial planning reports, conducting research on financial strategies, plans, and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse client information and existing investments/policies to provide informed recommendations.
  • Write comprehensive suitability reports for cases of varying complexity, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle urgent client queries in the absence of the adviser, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the team's work meets the highest standards.
  • Perform tax calculations and create cash flow models and projections to support financial planning using Voyant.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional client service.
  • Upload cases to XPLAN for pre-approval, ensuring seamless workflow.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management firm, with a strong understanding of financial services products.
  • Confidence in determining the advice journey, with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
