Become a part of our organization and take on the responsibility of addressing client inquiries with the aim of surpassing their expectations. We are looking for candidates who possess a solid understanding of delivering exceptional service and are devoted to achieving excellence in their roles.

As a key member of our organization, you will engage in full-time work. Your schedule will either be Tuesday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm or Monday to Friday from 11am to 8pm, with occasional Saturdays. If you work on a Saturday, you will be granted a day off in the following week.

Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate of £11.44, along with the potential for additional uncapped commission based on your performance. Join us and contribute significantly to our mission of providing outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a significant volume of incoming and outgoing client communications across various channels.
  • Support clients by gathering and relaying pertinent information to branch teams.
  • Coordinate property evaluations.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team to meet objectives and uphold high service standards.
