Learning and Teaching Specialist

Academics Ltd is an Ofsted 'good' primary school in Northwich seeking a highly skilled HLTA to join their team.
">The successful candidate will require strong subject knowledge, creative teaching skills, and experience with KS2. Ideally, they should be able to teach the class when the teacher is absent, possess good English, Maths, and ICT skills, and have the ability to support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum is offered for this role, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach classes when the teacher is absent
- Support pupils with SEN
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans
