Padel Coach Opportunity

Slazanger Padel Club is a sports facility dedicated to providing high-quality padel coaching and an excellent experience for players of all levels. We are passionate about growing the sport of padel and are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Padel Coach to deliver top-notch coaching to players of varying abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching Sessions: Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players' needs, assessing their skills and providing constructive feedback.
  • Training Programs: Design training programs to improve players' technical, tactical, and physical skills, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere during training.
  • Club Events: Participate in club events, tournaments, and promotional activities, collaborating with other coaches and staff to ensure a high standard of service.
  • Jr. Player Development: Assist with the development of junior players, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest coaching techniques and trends in padel.
  • Player Safety: Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during sessions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Padel Coach, with relevant coaching qualifications.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and rules.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages and skill levels.
  • Passion: Passionate about padel and committed to player development.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
