Job Description

As a Service Contract Development Manager at Getinge, you will be responsible for driving forward the Healthcare Getinge UKI Service Strategy, spanning Acute Care Therapies, Surgical Workplaces, and Infection Control. You will collaborate with capital and consumable sales teams and the tender's team to ensure the Service business is appropriately represented in all commercial discussions.

You will have the opportunity to establish effective strategies to deliver compelling service offers to customers and identify and develop service contract opportunities. Your responsibilities will include proactively engaging with customers for Getinge Care service contracts, from initial offer through to negotiation and close, following up with regular meetings to ensure customers understand the value Getinge provides.

  • Prepare and deliver evidence of service delivery, including performance against key metrics to highlight, differentiate and explain the importance of service.
  • Establish direct sales of the entire Getinge Care Service Contract portfolio.
  • Utilize relevant selling techniques to progress contract opportunities.
  • Execute commercial strategies and campaigns to increase market share for Getinge Service.
