ROLE DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Director Cost Consultant to join our London-based team. This full-time, hybrid position entails overseeing projects and leading teams to provide cost management services for residential developments across the UK. In this role, you will work closely with clients and project teams, offering expert guidance and support throughout the project, from the acquisition phase to practical completion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead teams and manage multiple projects to deliver cost management services for residential developments.
  • Develop and nurture talent within the team.
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Oversee projects from acquisition to practical completion.
