About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication
- Conduct thorough assessments and risk evaluations to identify potential health concerns
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall care experience
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on person-centered practice
