ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Lead Wellbeing Support Specialist at Barchester Healthcare, you will be responsible for addressing the diverse needs of our residents, ensuring the delivery of exceptional, individualized care and assistance.
Your responsibilities will include guiding and motivating a team of dedicated Support Specialists in collaboration with the Deputy General Manager.Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist the clinical team in specific areas such as medication management, assessments, care planning, or care evaluations.
As a Lead Wellbeing Support Specialist, you will uphold the dignity and preferences of our residents while contributing to a warm, inviting, and dynamic environment.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
To qualify for the position of Lead Wellbeing Support Specialist, you should possess an NVQ Level 3 or an Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
It is essential to demonstrate a solid understanding of clinical care for the elderly.
