About This Role- This Registered Mental Health Nurse position offers a chance to make a positive impact while enjoying a more flexible and rewarding career.
- You will support individuals with various needs, including learning difficulties, complex care requirements, mental health needs, dementia, and caring for older people.
- Deliver tailored care plans for patients based on individual needs.
- Monitor vital signs, conduct assessments, and administer medications as required.
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals, including doctors and senior nurses, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to address concerns and provide updates.
Requirements
- CURRENT NMC REGISTRATION
- 6 months of paid experience in the UK
- Right to work in the UK
- Flexibility in travel arrangements
- Excellent English communication skills
