">About the Role
">We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Mental Health Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis.
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and care to our clients in their homes and within our community-based residential and respite services.
You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care and support that promotes independence, dignity, and well-being.
">About You
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 4 Certificate in Mental Health Support Work or Health and Wellbeing OR Level 4 Certificate in Hauora
- Experience in a mental health or aged care service
- Knowledge of medication administration (we can also train if needed)
- A current First Aid Certificate (or we will arrange this for you)
- A current, full driver's licence
- Flexibility to jump into different shifts and work collaboratively
- The ability to work with a kaupapa Māori team that lives its values of whanaungatanga and whakamana everyday
Salary and Benefits
">The estimated salary for this role is $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
In addition to your hourly rate, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you grow in your role.
