Job Title: Senior Associate, Manufacturing Engineering

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate, Manufacturing Engineering to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing engineering team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and analyzing manufacturing engineering plans and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement manufacturing engineering plans and projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality.
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce costs and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies.
  • Estimate and track manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
  • Maintain records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations.
  • Plan and establish goals and objectives for projects and programs with direct impact on the short-term operational results of the department.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of MRP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
