Senior Associate, Manufacturing Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Professional to join our team at MassGenics. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing engineering plans and projects, communicating with internal and external customers, and defining, developing, and transferring manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement manufacturing engineering plans and projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, including stakeholders, suppliers, and partners, to ensure seamless collaboration and coordination.
- Define, develop, and transfer manufacturing and engineering tools, strategies, and systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop manufacturing strategies for specific products and processes, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in engineering project teams to coordinate the release of new products, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
- Estimate and track manufacturing costs, determine time standards, and make recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting systems for coordination of manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Plan and establish goals and objectives for projects and programs, with direct impact on short-term operational results for the department.
- Communicate within and outside own function to explain and gain cooperation on policies and practices, ensuring alignment with company values and goals.
- Makes moderate to substantial improvements to processes, systems, and solutions, driving business growth and innovation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
- Working knowledge of MRP systems and experience with manufacturing operations, process improvement, and engineering project management.
