Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM)

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team at Digital Gurus. This is a hybrid role with 3-4 days a week onsite in Lytham, working with a well-established business heavily investing in its digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the main liaison between departments and IT, ensuring technology strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  3. Build strong relationships with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
  4. Strategic Alignment: Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, collaborating with IT on scalable, sustainable solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Strong understanding of business operations and technology solutions.
  2. Experience in both business analysis (BA) and project management (PM), particularly in leading technology projects.
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Proven ability to align technology with business objectives and manage competing priorities.
