Sales and Service Development Representative for North West Region

Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline, focusing on winning new maintenance contracts, with additional responsibility for selling incremental repair projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining good working relationships with existing customers.
- Serve as the primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries.
- Develop new customers via cold calling, networking, bids, and tenders.
- Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize Otis sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals.
- Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.
- A business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator, and 3 years of prior work experience.
- Initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation.
- A strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills.
- A high level of commitment and reliability.
- Target-focused, with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization.
- A long-term employment contract with a world market leader in a crisis-proof industry.
- Remuneration in accordance with local standards plus commission and bonus structure.
- A company vehicle or allowance.
- Intensive training in technology, processes & soft skills and exchange ideas with experienced colleagues.
We support work-life integration, allowing space for both work and your personal life. Flexible working hours with the possibility of remote work are offered. Our estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
