Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be based in either Coventry, Leicester or Stockport and will provide a full range of HR support to stakeholders, including employee relations, sickness absence management, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR issues, including performance management, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and sickness absence.
  2. Manage an ER case load, working within SLAs and supporting managers with case work preparation and outcomes.
  3. Develop and implement best practice across the group to embed our HR ethos and values.
  4. Deliver training to managers on HR matters.
  5. Assist with building and driving company culture, ethics, and values.
  6. Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date with legislation.
  7. Support the review and implementation of company benefits.
What We Offer
  • Salary: £28,000 per year.
  • Part-time hours: 30 per week.
