Maintenance Assistant

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Arbury Court in Warrington. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the services facilities are safe and well-maintained for our service users, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in ensuring the services facilities are fit for purpose and meet the required standards.
- Conduct regular audits to identify and repair any faults or defects.
- Liaise with contractors to support the upkeep of the service.
- Participate in a 1-week on-call rota for emergency maintenance.
- Coordinate and support contractors while on site and complete all necessary paperwork and tool checks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a maintenance role.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Compliance with systems and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
