About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse Manager to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting 2 divisions and maintaining regional contact for each care home.
Your primary objective will be to conduct routine Head Office visits across care homes as directed by Divisional Directors. Additionally, you will oversee the effective delivery of the medicine administration process in line with the company's care management of medicines policy.
You will work closely with the Home Manager to plan and facilitate regular staff meetings, ensuring that staff members are kept up to date with all current necessary information. Your excellent knowledge of CQC standards will be essential in this role, as well as your working knowledge of legislation and the regulatory framework underpinning practice in relation to the care of older people.
This is a permanent full-time role working through days, with an excellent salary of £67,900 per annum. You will receive a car allowance of £4,000, free DBS, 25 days paid holiday (plus Bank Holidays), free learning and development, and a company pension scheme with employer's contribution matched up to 6%.
