**Job Title:** Clinical Care Lead

Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting two divisions, maintaining regional contact with each care home, and conducting routine head office visits as directed by divisional directors. They will also oversee the effective delivery of the medicine administration process in line with the company's care management of medicines policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting 2 divisions and maintain regional contact for each Care home
- Conducting routine Head Office visits across care homes as directed by Divisional Directors
- Ensuring that a stimulated and caring environment is always maintained
- Overseeing and ensuring the effective delivery of the medicine administration process in line with the company care management of medicines policy
Requirements:
- Active NMC Pin
- NVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care
