Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineering Manager to join our team at GE Aviation. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering HVDC projects, leading a team of engineers, and managing multiple interfaces. You will also be expected to plan and manage technical interfaces, prepare project reports, and conduct risk reviews.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in project management and leadership. You should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders and possess excellent problem-solving skills. The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver HVDC PDG scope of work for a project, ensuring timely completion and meeting budget requirements.
  • Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Plan and manage technical interfaces, coordinating with partners and suppliers as needed.
  • Prepare project reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education, with at least 5 years of experience in project management and leadership. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
