IT Administrator – Exciting Opportunity in a Growing Company

Our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical power distribution equipment, is seeking an IT Administrator to join their team in Leeds.

This business is pioneering energy-saving technology, with a flagship product that reduces energy wastage, cuts carbon emissions, and saves money, providing an innovative solution to the global energy challenge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the UK IT operations, working closely with an international team to align the company's IT strategy with its business objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department.
  • Provide first-line support for hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate with IT suppliers and HR for smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Contribute to IT documentation to improve processes and user experience.
  • Oversee Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policies and telephony systems.
  • Work closely with cybersecurity specialists to ensure network integrity and educate staff on security protocols.
  • Collaborate with Network and Systems Administrators to enhance security.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT operations management.
  • Strong understanding of IT support processes and technologies.
