We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care Assistant to join our team at Heathbrook House Care Home in Bromsgrove. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care and support.

About the Role

Supporting Independence and Choice

You will assist residents with daily tasks, provide emotional support, and help maintain their independence. Your kindness, patience, and understanding will make a significant difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with personal care, such as bathing and dressing
  • Support residents with mobility issues, including transfers and mobility aid use
  • Provide companionship and engage residents in activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction
