About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Training & Know How Coordinator to support the TMT Practice Development Lawyer and Senior Training & Knowhow Co-ordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the facilitation of internal TMT lawyer training, including providing support to presenters, running sessions via MS Teams, and ensuring materials are made available.
  • Support client training sessions and away days, including occasional attendance at face-to-face sessions to facilitate the event and ensure smooth running.
  • Obtain and format slides and supporting materials, as well as perform ad hoc duties such as formatting PowerPoint slides and Word documents.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating global away days, including organizing Global Monthly meetings.
  • Update and maintain the TMT Team site, and upload materials to the TeamSite, document centre, and Inteleap.
