Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Home Manager and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.

  • Ensure the effective management of daily operations, including budgeting, financial controls, and human resources.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues, promoting a culture of excellence, respect, and compassion.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident care, satisfaction, and overall quality of life.

  • Manage and resolve complex situations, such as emergencies or conflicts, with confidence and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care.

  • Experience working in the healthcare sector, with a focus on elderly care.

  • Management and leadership experience, with a qualification in a related field (desirable).

  • Hold an NMC certificate with an active PIN.

  • A caring and compassionate nature, with the ability to provide personalized approaches to resident care.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing situations and priorities.

  • Ability to work well under pressure, without compromising the well-being of colleagues and residents.

  • A warm, approachable, and engaging persona, with a strong sense of respect and empathy.

  • Resilience and adaptability in response to the diverse needs of colleagues and residents.
