Deputy Manager Opportunity at Akari Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our team at Akari Care. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

About the Role

The Deputy Manager will be responsible for:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the care team
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services
  • Managing budgets and resources effectively
  • Developing and implementing care plans
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve shared goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Experience of working in the healthcare sector, with a focus on management or leadership
  • A caring and compassionate nature, with the ability to provide a personal approach to each resident
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
