About the Role

Manpower UK Ltd seeks a skilled Financial Analyst to join their team. This rewarding position involves supporting the administration of bonus schemes, managing annual pay reviews, and handling holiday trading processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare new joiner bonus letters, administer individual entitlements, and pro-rate payments for Finance approval and Payroll processing.
  • Manage the administration of the annual pay review process, creating business unit pay review sheets, distributing and collating pay data, and analyzing anomalies.
  • Support the holiday trading process, preparing sign-up e-forms, managing colleague requests, and reviewing approvals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Educated to college level or higher, with GCSE Maths and ICT (or equivalent).
  • Strong Excel and data management skills, including experience with manipulating large volumes of data and using formulas for analysis.
  • Intermediate to advanced IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and ability to interpret and analyze data.
Benefits and Salary Information

We estimate that the salary range for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
