Our mission is to provide the best possible care and support to our families, and we are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Estates and Sustainability to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our estate management and sustainability efforts. As Executive Director of Estates and Sustainability, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and development of our properties, including Christopher's Hospice in Guildford and Shooting Star House in Hampton. You will work closely with our Director of Finance and Operations to develop and implement strategies for advancing sustainability plans and achieving carbon neutrality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the estate management team to ensure the effective maintenance and development of our properties
  • Develop and implement strategies for advancing sustainability plans and achieving carbon neutrality
  • Work closely with external contractors and stakeholders to deliver projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
