Trainee Production Shift Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Trainee Production Shift Manager. This role will involve managing a team of staff and supporting the Production Shift Manager in the Shepton Mallet area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff to ensure efficient production processes
- Support the Production Shift Manager in achieving production targets
- Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency
- Train and mentor teams to improve skills and knowledge
- Work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a keen eye for detail and results-focused
Requirements:
- Experience working in Food Manufacturing, ideally High Care
- Team management and supervisory experience
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ability to implement
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a keen eye for detail and results-focused
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of GBP40,000 plus OT, quarterly bonus, and excellent benefits package. This role is commutable from Bristol, Bath, Bridgwater, Taunton, Shepton Mallet, Wincanton, Castle Cary, Evercreech, Bruton, and Yeovil.
